Each student’s body, limitations and strengths are very specific and unique to themselves.  It is the student’s place to honor his
or her own individual boundaries.

Basic Yoga- Level:  Beginner & All levels
This is where to start and/or the space in which to rejuvenate, renew & restore.  This class concentrates on the
physical health and mental well being using physical postures, breathing techniques and meditation to help
stretch and align the body.
This class is for new students, beginners and experienced. The class will focus on building a foundational
knowledge of basic yoga postures and proper breathing techniques.

Vin/Yin Yoga - Level: All Levels (Some basic experience suggested for the Vinyasa portion)
The best of both worlds! This is where the Yang & Yin of yoga meet. Enjoy a vigorous practice of Vinyasa yoga,
working your muscles while flowing from one posture to the next.  Then learn to surrender and relax in Yin
poses, to create and maintain healthier joints! (For all levels: modifications and intensifications offered)
Vinyasa Yoga-A quick paced, flowing sequence of postures linking breath and movement. Remember, if it’s too
fast, a student can move at their own pace.
Yin Yoga uses mainly seated postures (held 3-5 minutes) to increase flexibility and range of motion. Targets
deep connective tissue to help open hips, pelvis and lower spine. This meditative, yet challenging practice is a
perfect complement to other styles of Yoga.

Vinyasa Yoga -  Level: Intermediate-Advanced
A flowing sequence of postures linking breath and movement. Students should expect a class that is vigorous &
challenging.  Some previous yoga experience is suggested.  Perfect for the beginner ready to grow or any
other student level seeking a moderate to advanced practice.  This class integrates the entire body with special
emphasis on breath, posture and the introduction to and/or option to practice more intermediate-to-advanced
variations of poses and flows.  You will use the foundation of Yoga that you have learned to expand your
practice.

Yin Yoga - Level: All Levels
Yin uses mainly seated postures (held 3-5 minutes) to increase flexibility and range of motion. Targets deep
connective tissue to help open hips, pelvis and lower spine. Meditative, yet challenging practice. Perfect
complement to other styles of Yoga. (All Levels)

Yoga Mix - Level: All Levels
This class will incorporate different styles of yoga based on the level of students in attendance. It will include
basic postures (with intensifications and modifications).
May include: Yin yoga, a Vinyasa series, different breathing techniques, chanting, Kundalini yoga (intentional
breath with movement to improve lymphatic system, nervous system and organs). There may also be the
opportunity to learn arm balances, headstands or handstands.  

Faith Flow Yoga - Level: All Levels
Yoga Mix to your favorite contemporary Christian musical artists. Scripture may be recited. (All are welcome!)

Resistance Bands -
Resistance Band Strengthening Class is a safe way to strengthen, tone and sculpt your entire body.  With this
unique and very effective workout you will stimulate and target specific muscle groups by creating resistance in
all directions with controlled moves.  With the use of resistance bands, you’ll experience amazing results such
as improved balance, increased strength, sculpted muscle tone and decreased body fat.  You customize the
workout by regulating the amount of tension in the band that is right for you, gradually increasing and
challenging yourself at your own pace.    

Cardio/Core
This class will focus primarily on a total body workout mixing a blend of aerobic training and muscle toning.  The
Cardio portion of the class will be dancing to upbeat, pop music to warm up those muscles for the second half
of the class, Core.  After we burn those calories through cardio dance, we will then focus on toning your
muscles and working on strengthening your core through different body sculpting exercises.  This class offers
modifications for both men and women. It will provide you with a workout that is safe, effective, easy to follow,
and most of all, FUN!!!  Please bring a mat and a set of weights  (3#, 5#, or 8#) if you have them.
